Shipping and Returns Policy

At MissCalcetin, we prepare and ship orders via courier service from Monday to Friday. We do not prepare orders or make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.

In mainland Spain, they generally take approximately 24-48 hours to reach their destination, although the time may be longer in certain locations.
The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an SMS from
the courier company will contact you on the phone number you provided when placing your order, informing you of the delivery time for your package and a link to track it. The package is normally delivered to the shipping address you indicated when making the purchase, but if no one is home, the package may be deposited at a nearby collection point. The address will be notified via SMS. If you live in Madrid, you can save on shipping costs by picking up your order at our store, at C/ Andrés Mellado, 7. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.


Special periods:

During special sales periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), shipping times may be increased by up to 7 business days.

Domestic shipping:

Shipping is free on orders over €28. Orders under that amount will have a €4.90 shipping fee in mainland Spain, Portugal and the Balearic Islands. Shipping prices may change throughout the year due to business strategy.

Exchanges and Returns

Do you want to return or exchange something?
You have 15 days from the time you receive the order, and it will be done as follows:

* Home collection or drop-off at Correos Express in mainland Spain. In mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, the cost is €7.90.

* You can send the return via registered mail or courier with tracking number (we do not accept returns sent by ordinary mail, as we cannot be held responsible if they are lost). The cost of the return is your responsibility and you must send us the tracking number to verify that it is within the deadline.


Use appropriate packaging, preferably the original box, to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition. Once we have received and verified that everything is correct, we will proceed to refund you. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, write to us or call us immediately at the same email or phone number to find the best solution as soon as possible.


*Returns will not be accepted if the product is not returned in its original packaging and unused.
**In case of a factory defect, you can return the purchased item as long as it has not been used.
***Customized socks are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
